Monthly retainerfee at a rate of £45.00 per hour (minimum 10 hours per month). This is perfect for clients who require more assistance on an ongoing basis, guaranteeing a set amount of hours per month, ensuring priority over ad hoc clients. A full breakdown of hours is provided.
Project fee: for bespoke requirements such as projects or event management, an individual quote will be provided accordingly which can be subject to revision if the scope of the project changes.
Hang up the Moon charges are based on Services carried out from Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays and public holidays) between the hours of 9am and 5pm. Any Services carried out by Hang up the Moon outside these hours may be charged at a higher rate which will be previously agreed with you by Hang up the Moon.
